Return Policies:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Original and/or return shipping is non-refundable. Item must be in its original condition with the tags attached and/or in the original packaging (if applicable). Tags or packaging that have been cut or removed automatically voids the return policy, as does an item that is returned damaged or altered in any way from its original state. A 20% restocking fee may be instituted in certain circumstances, and will always apply on cases of buyer’s remorse.
Proof of damaged goods / item not as described must be provided to receive a refund. Proof must be in form of a picture emailed to me at [email protected]. I send packages with tracking, so if tracking says package was delivered, I can provide no refund. It is up to you to have a safe and secure place for the USPS (or Canada Post) to leave your mail. Packages lost in transit, and not marked as delivered, can be refunded only after the 14 day postal delivery window has closed (domestic deliveries), 30 day postal delivery window for Canada Post. I do check tracking on every "lost" package... If a "lost" package is later marked as delivered in the tracking, I will email you and request payment of the item. If a re-invoiced item is not paid for after it has been "found" and marked "delivered" by the USPS, I will open a dispute with PayPal. I do not tolerate any kind of fraud, including fraudulently stating an item was lost in order to secure both the item and a refund. If you request a refund you will need to send the item back to me at your cost and I will refund your money in 1 of 2 ways: 1.) you send it back with a tracking number where I can see where it is at or 2.) I will give you your refund when the item is delivered to me.
Shipping: Items that I have here in my home office I will get shipped out to you within 2 business days and I will send a tracking number to your email. For those items that are being shipped outside of my home office will be shipped within 3-4 days and I will be sure to email you the tracking number for those items as well.
I stand behind ALL products and if there is ever a problem I will do what I can to come to a solution that is satisfactory by both parties.
